That's the beauty of the way making money is sold. Just as you buy one system you are told weeks later that you need this latest system otherwise you could be leaving thousands on the table. They put the carrot in front of the donkey and keep it there.
So what do we do, we go running after the dream, the dream that is actually set forth by them and we buy into it because they appeal to our emotional side, and as you know it is emotion that sells products and services, not logic or pragmatism.
Emotion is the critical factor, we all want that better life, and this is true no matter where you go in the world. We all want to feel good about ourselves and our accomplishments. This personal emotion is extremely powerful and those selling to you know this very well.
Think about the average car salesperson. He or she uses imagery to paint a picture of the prospective customer owning the vehicle, driving it - living the dream. That's why they allow you to test drive the car you want. All this translates straight over to the web; they know that people make decisions emotionally.
Internet web marketing is no different. Web pages are designed to cater to the emotional needs of desperate people looking for a better life. They appeal to the desire, the ego and promise wealth and an easy life.
So now that we understand what drives a market to buy products we ourselves have to apply techniques that will work for us. Example every time you get an e-mail from a guru trying to sell you something, save the e-mail and study it.
You could then turn around and use this e-mail as an outline for an article promoting the same product, especially if this product sales letter pulled on your emotional strings.
The bottom line is that you can apply many techniques for internet web marketing but understanding yourself and what drives your emotions will help your tap into others. Then you can create good landing pages pre-selling products, write good e-mail copy, because you should be capturing peoples e-mail addresses and first names on a list.
Instead of lining some other guy's pockets or building his or her list, you will learn from incoming emails, landing pages, squeeze pages and the like, how to design your own and build your own business online. One thing that is extremely important is the ability to give your market what it needs. While you may have stumbled onto the internet in search of the quick fortune, you will find that by consistently providing fair and honest service, you will build your own future.
There are many great advantages to getting involved in internet web marketing. You don't have to have a lot of money to get started and you can do it no matter where you happen to live. You'll even find that you can make money while you are asleep. Just make sure that you have a good plan that works and you'll be sure to be successful.
